Website Terms

These terms explain practical conditions for using this website, submitting enquiries and discussing work with Catallactic Labs.

Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general business and service information. It does not create a client relationship, binding quote, warranty or guarantee of project availability.

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but website copy, service descriptions, availability and pricing guidance may change without notice.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use automated systems to overload, scrape or abuse the service.

Project Enquiries

When you submit a form or contact us, we may review your information and respond with questions, options, recommendations, a proposal or a suggested next step.

Any proposal, quote, scope of work, delivery timeline, support arrangement, ownership position, source-code access or licensing position will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Unless expressly agreed, submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed with a project.

No Professional Advice

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or compliance advice.

Where a project requires specialist advice, you should obtain it from an appropriately qualified professional.

Payments

Payment options, including cryptocurrency payments where appropriate, are agreed before work begins. Any taxes, fees, settlement requirements, currency conversion terms or payment schedules will be confirmed as part of the project arrangement.

Cryptocurrency transactions may involve public blockchain records, wallet addresses, exchange services or third-party payment infrastructure. Practical payment details will be agreed separately.

Invoices, deposits, subscriptions, late payment handling and refund positions are governed by the relevant proposal, invoice or project agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Catallactic name, website design, brand assets, written content and visual presentation are owned by Catallactic Labs unless otherwise stated.

Client project ownership, licensing, source code access, third-party dependencies, open-source components and support responsibilities are handled in the relevant project agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, pre-existing tools, know-how, reusable components, design patterns, frameworks and general technical methods remain available for Catallactic Labs to use across other work.

Outcomes and Dependencies

We aim to provide thoughtful, practical and professional services, but website statements do not guarantee commercial outcomes, search rankings, revenue, user adoption, uninterrupted availability, AI accuracy or third-party platform behaviour.

Many projects depend on client input, third-party APIs, hosting providers, software libraries, payment providers, AI services, search engines, app stores, browsers and other services outside our direct control.

External Services

This website and our projects may link to or use third-party services. Those services are operated by their own providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for external websites, platforms, wallets, payment providers, APIs or services that are outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catallactic Labs is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information, third-party services, unavailable website features, indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Project-specific liability, warranties, support duties and remedies should be set out in the relevant written agreement.

Privacy and Security

Personal data submitted through the website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Security tools may be used to protect the website from spam, bots and abuse.

You should not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.

Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, remove or change website content, services, availability and these terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page.

Governing Law

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
